Overview
Multi-device WhatsApp gateway platform for managing multiple WA instances, scheduled broadcast messaging, and external webhook API integrations.

- Developed the platform from scratch as the full developer for the entire gateway system, collaborating with the manager and lead staff.
- Designed an intuitive and modern WhatsApp gateway control dashboard UI/UX, refining feature sets based on user requests.
- Designed the multi-instance WhatsApp automation gateway platform powered by Baileys protocol engine.
- Engineered high-volume mass broadcast dispatch queues via BullMQ Redis, real-time WebSocket servers for instance state events, and incoming event webhooks.
- Implemented dual-layer security (JWT for dashboard & API Keys for external microservices) and the TanStack Start + Zustand frontend.
